Thank you to Preeya from Arco360 for being such a prompted and on time assistant with my claims and queries. Her service is incredible. The only thing I wish Arco360 had is a debit card for funds to be available immediately as I don't always have the cash upfront to pay the Vet and they refuse to help my dogs unless they have payment upfront. It would be nice for you guys to look into it as I know OUTsurance and One Plan have this option. Other than this hiccup everything is perfect and staff are very friendly and well trained.
