Claiming from Arco360

I joined them in January of this year and last week l claimed for the first time. I informed them that my cat was taken to the vet and l enquirered about the claim procedure. The claim forms was mailed immediately. My cat had to be taken in for an emergency the next day. A consultant enquired daily about her condition. The claim was submitted and payed out in less than a week. I am extremely happy with their service.
