Arck Electrical

Mark Levy has contiously ignored our requests and messages for an electrical compliance certifcate for the new electrical installtion done at my parents who are pensioners house. The work was done 3 months ago. We paid 30000 zar and never received the certificate. Not for lack of trying. We feel very let down an extreme suboptimal experience. Can not recommend arck electrical to anyone and will take it up with the electricity board of SA. A business that prides itself as a family business ripping pensioners off. My parents saved all year for a xmas holiday which had to be cancelled. We paid and did never get the certifcates as promised over and over.
