Worst Service Ever and indifferent employees

<p>I went to Archneer after callig in to find out what time they close. I was told when i called at 16:30 that they close at 17:00. I got there at 16:50 to find the gate closed. I wasted time and money getting there to find an employee who told me i couldn't come in because they generally close at 18:55. My question was since i got there at 18:50 why then was the gate closed, i was given a response that was less than setifactory. I then asked to speak to the manager, the guy left me at the gate and said he'd call someone, he since left me there and only came back out when they were locking. All the while i was standing out there while some of the employees were poking their heads out to have a look at me. When the said manager came out after locking she didn't even seem interested in the fact that i was given false information on the phone and made to wait at the gate for nothing. If Archneer is meant to close at 16:50 then i suggest that this be out in their disclaimer and everywhere else and that we be given the right information when we call so that we do not waste our time and money going there to find the place closed.</p>
