Unprofessional Store with poor service

Went to Archive Store in Eastgate shopping mall on the 24 of September, i bought Adidas Sneakers and had to lay-by Vans sneakers. I told the lady that I’m going to a certain Event and wore my Adidas sneakers on the store while paying for them, then they offered to keep my sneakers Box for me and a Receipt and promised me that i will get them when i come to get my Vans sneakers that i lay-by. I asked when will my Van sneakers be ready for collection? They said in one Week time. Then today after 4 weeks i went to take out my lay-by, unfortunately i had to wait for them to go check at the back, come back with Sneakers saying they haven’t received them. I had to ask for half day from work to go collect my Vans sneakers only to find out i waisted my time and i wanted to wear my Vans sneakers this Saturday the 29th. So where will i get time off work to go to Eastgate? I’ve waisted my petrol money and my time to go grt something that was not there. I’m not happy!! Om not even happy with the Adidas sneakers i purchased same day and i asked the cashier who was assisting me that how do i return them since i wore them once? She said i can return them, but with a receipt and a Box. Where will i get the box while i left it with them, so if they lost it whose fault is it? According to Customer Protection Act i was treated in an unfair manner, I’m disappointed at Archieves service. This is my first complaint, if I don’t get assistance I’ll have to post this on Social media (Twitter) on how unprofessional Archieve store is!!!!!
