TFG item lost!!!

Bought a pair of Air Force 1 craft's online which was on the 27 September and received confirmation. The item showed that it was in the warehouse until the 2 October, according to the TFG agent the item was suppose to be delivered on that same day which was a Friday, received no confirmation. I called in on Monday and a TFG agent advised that there has been some delay and that they would follow up. I called the courier company which was dawn wing and according to them, the item could not be found. I then called TFG again which was today 6 October, they agent advised that they would get the item delivered immediately and she apologized for the delay. Then a few hours later i checked my order online and to my disbelief i saw a refund pending!!!!! I called TFG and their response was the courier company lost my parcel!!!!! There was absolutely no explanation and there is nothing they can do but process the refund! Absolute shocking service!
