False advertising by Archive SA

Terrible customer service as well as false advertising. Advertise a sneaker release at 9am and at 8.40am all sneakers are sold out.. this is truly disappointing as these are limited sneakers however archive SA has no morals as a company toward equality in standing a chance to acquire sneakers sold by them. After being in email contact with them they have advised they have discretion to change the times without notifying the consumer. Complete lack of ethic as a retailer. What ever happened to the customer is always right? No sort of apology or remorse whatsoever from them. Rather justifying unjust actions...
