Disappointed

So i’m a regular customer of sportscene and archive, always my number one sneaker stores. A bit disappointed in the service I received from archive canal walk . We were advised that we’ll receive a call for the sneaker being transferred from somerset to canal walk store within 7days. Staff took down contact details of to notify us with the help of the store manager from sportscene canal walk. We never received a call, we went to store and was advised that the shoe has not arrived and the size we requested is no longer available. Staff made us look as if we have no idea what we talking about which irritated me , I always received good service but this was the pits, i come from retail and i work in customer service. Don’t promise a customer something you cannot fulfill. @archivecanalwalk
