BAD SERVICE FROM ARCHIVE BURGERSFORT

Good Morning I write this with a broken heart, 24 September 2022 Saturday morning I went to Archive Burgersfort looking for a T-shirt (ADIDDAS ) to be precise, when I got there I found the shop assistants and I called one of them by name “Lerato” I want a T-shirt and she was like come buy these one’s are on special but I was like no I want the military one, okay fast forward when she was about to show me the T-shirt the manager(Mathapelo) arrogantly called her to come to the till and leave me unattended , my reason for this email is that Mathapelo does not treat clients with respect she has got an attitude she was even back chatting me on the very same day in front of other customers because I asked her why am I being treated like I’m not a customer then I said it’s fine I will go to Sportscene and she said it’s okay you can go. Aright long story short Mathepelo from Archive Burgersfort Tubatse crossing has a bad attitude towards customers and she does not have respect whatsoever. Every time we go to the store she becomes sour and she does not have the BATHO PELE PRINCIPLES, why it is that she is so against me, I love the sneakers there and I will not stop going to the shop because of her. Please call her to order because now that t-shirt is no longer available. I am a customer and I deserve to be treated like one. She owes me an apology and oh tell her to smile to the customer’s coz that’s the job to make sure that we get the best service because she cannot be sour if she does not like her job she should quit. I can’t be having challenges every time I go to ARCHIVE BURGERSFORT. The service from Mathapelo is poor. She does not have good managerial skills. Lastly Mathapelo thinks that her colleagues are my friends and that is not the case, the staff there is friendly that’s why I smile with them, there is no way I can just leave my house and go to the mall for a social visit on a Saturday morning never, Mathapelo disrespected me period, Because I remember when arguing with me there she even said that you can go to HELLO PETER she did not bother apologising. She was shouting and arguing with me a customer in front of other customers. I demand an apology. Ooohhh I forgot the part where she asked for my numbers and told me that she will give me a discount when I want to buy something what does that say about her…
