Bad return experience

I have always been a fan of this store, their online service is amazing but I got a delivery with the wrong size and wanted to return at the Archive Store in Rustenburg Mall. And the manager was being unreasonable about thing my shoes had dust on the sole that could easily be wiped off and she refused to take them. Now I have to wipe them and return them online. Thank you so much for the poor service I’m officially done with this store
