Archive bad service

I went to the Archive store in Eastgate shopping Mall. I was browsing and I found a pair of sneakers at a reduced price. I asked the floor consultant if that was the correct price as I thought this was a bargain and he confirmed that what I saw was the correct price. I went to the cash desk to pay for this bargain I found only to be rudely told that the price I saw on the sneakers was incorrect, instead of R167. 79 that was stated on the price tag, the correct price R2299.95 I understand the mistake on the price tag, but the lady Manager Neo was rude towards me and could have told me in a good manner that it was a mistake.
