Absolutely pathetic customer service or should I say non-existent?

I have an ongoing issue since December 14, 2020 and it's still not been resolved. All I'm being told is that it's been escalated and they'll respond shortly. I've requested contact details of somebody that can actually do something but still waiting!

The TFG group is slowly becoming money greedy, more concerned about sales and not focusing on their consumers. This is a bad business practice, have you not heard the saying "start with your customer and work your way backwards"?.

Nevertheless I'm just ranting here and voicing my dissatisfaction in probably the largest retail group in South Africa right now.
