BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I visited the store on Friday(06/06/2025) hoping to buy a pair of sneakers, the one I wanted did not have a size so the guy who offered to assist me called to check from another store, Fourways, to be specific. While he was on a call he mentioned to me that they were not answering but i should wait for him to take my details down, after waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes, I went back to the guy to see that he was on another call and busy chatting to his colleagues about something else. I asked if he was able to get me the size he arrogantly responded to say that he's busy on a call and i should ask someone else to assist me from the sales floor. This to me was BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After waiting for so long and I'm told to start over with someone else. I walked out of the store with disappointment as I really wanted that sneaker. That sales person took advantage of me and did not value me as a potential buying customer.
