House Plans

<p>I was reffered to this guy Ephraim Moeketsi who is an Architect. This was in February 2016. I paid him the initial payment he required in order for him to draft the plan. The draft was done, he required more payments on Engineer fees and Municipal submission. I paid all that he required to have the plan approved which totals to R6100. To date no approved plan has been received and i only want a refund and nothing else.</p>
