Embezzler, ****mer & *****ster

Supplier was paid a R40 000 ( R10 000 was paid 22 November 2024 and R30 000 was paid on 27 November 2024)deposit to manufacture furniture for me, for a client of mine. Items was supposed to be completed and delivered by 20 December 2024, I got extension for delivery for the week after, but client advised that we could rather deliver in January 2025, once everyone is open again, as she would rather want stuff that is 100% correct and perfect, than a rushed job. Been doing follow ups with him since 3 January 2025 to 20 January 2025, when we had a confirmed appointment for Wednesday 22 January 2025, at 10:30 for me to view the 95% completed items, along to check that the sizes are correct, before final delivery on Friday 24 January 2025. Appointment was postponed by Master Tefu ***ner / Director) on Wednesday morning at 08:27, and he asked if we could come and 14:30 the afternoon. We couldn't make the 14:30 appointment, so we rescheduled for Thursday 23 January at 10:30. Master never showed for appointment, and we were not allowed access to the property to view my items. Master said that he will make delivery of the all completed or incompleted items, as well as all my fabrics by Friday 24 January 2025, before close of business. Master had agreed that ALL items completed or not, will be delivered back to Awesome Interiors. Friday 24 January 2025 - we received a shared call btw myself, Master and the Delivery guy at 18:01, that they can only deliver the items on Saturday (25 January) morning at 08:00am. Saturday 25 January 2025 - we received a delivery of only x1 completed chaise, x3 wooden frames, and 1 roll of fabric, x1 piece of leather. The items that was not delivered, and deposit paid for is: x1 completed ottoman, x3 rolls of fabric. Master sent us a message on Saturday 25 January 2025, at 08:11, saying that the warehouse isn't open on weekends, and that we can collect the ottoman and fabrics on Monday. We have been awaiting since 07:00 this morning (Monday 28 January 2025) for the address to be sent to us, for us to collect the outstanding items, which Master hasn't given us to date (28 January 2025) address on where my items / property can be collected. I emailed him with all the Invoices for the fabrics, as well as the Balance of the deposit that I paid, for only one item that was completed and delivered, and he hasn't paid back my money, he is still sitting with a completed item, as well as my fabrics, so clearly this guy is a embezzler.
