Extremely poor service

We paid a deposit in November 2014 for glass to be installed underneath our stairway and a shower in an outside room. By March nothing had happened and we were given excuses all the time and the last week in March ONE piece of glass was installed underneath the stairway. They promised to be back and finish before Easter weekend. Subsequently the shower glass has been installed (end April) but it is the incorrect size and needs to be removed again. We have TWO pieces of glass now installed under the stairs and are STILL waiting for this to be finished. We have had our things that are normally stored on shelves underneath the stairs lying on our dining room floor now for 3 weeks. When I phone my calls are not answered at all, I have not been able to speak to Mr Dave Sellars since the end of March. He does not take any of my calls and I have never given him a reason not to speak to me, he cannot 'man up' and even talk to me, he gets his apprentice to call me. This company and people that work here have absolutely no concept of the word service, my recommendation is to not deal with them.
