BUILDING PLANS NEVER APPROVED

<p>Mr. Mansoer Petersen visited us on October 2016 and was suppose to get our plans submitted to the municipality which he did but in November 2016 they were cancelled due to outstanding documents and money. We paid Mr. Petersen in full up to that point and was made false promises. I spoke to him two weeks ago and he promised that he will go to the municipality to sort out the issues. Well to date he has never been. His cell ohone number is ********** 487 and email address is ********** We paid him alot of money and no plans were approved.</p>
