Gross Non-Performance, Empty Promises, and False Office Address
I am publishing this factual consumer warning regarding the unprofessional business practices of Archi Group, specifically concerning the conduct of Corné Cooks and Kabelo Mello in Springs, Gauteng. We paid this service provider a deposit for municipal town planning and land-use regularization services, but they have completely failed to deliver. For days and weeks at a time, our repeated attempts to get routine progress feedback were completely ignored by Corné Cooks, who refused to answer direct phone calls, return WhatsApp messages, or reply to emails. When we did get feedback, they explicitly stated that our application had been successfully dropped off and was floating on the town planner's table. This turned out to be an absolute lie. Following a personal visit to the municipal town planning department, we audited the database directly with the officials. It was formally confirmed on-site that there is not even one single file registered or submitted by Corné Cooks or Kabelo Mello on our behalf. Furthermore, when they finally provided a copy of the paperwork, an expert audit revealed that the entire application was structurally incorrect, filled with technical faults, and the main motivational letter was riddled with glaring layout mistakes. Consumers must also note that the principal of this agency, Corné Cooks, is not a registered town planner, yet she draws up the applications herself. She utilizes Kabelo Mello's professional town planner qualifications and SACPLAN certificate to send to clients to give the false impression of professional compliance. Additionally, the physical office address advertised by this business (*** Leslie Avenue, Fourways) is operated strictly as an unstaffed virtual mail drop front. The operator openly refuses to provide a true, verifiable physical operational location for consumer accountability. We have officially handed this matter over to our legal team to demand a full refund and hold this provider accountable for material non-performance.
