Undelivered paid for order
I ordered and paid Archify for a Carpal Therapy Wrap - order #2002. I paid on 22/6/26 an amount of R1199.99. Their feedback said that it's on it's way on 3/7/26. I have yet to receive anything. Their feedback referred me to their courier upon which I discovered that this site knows nothing about my order. I want either immediate action or my money back post haste!

Undelivered paid for order

Be very careful
The company's customer service is very bad. There are no updates on orders unless you threaten them with social media. The product I received (knee massager) lasted exactly 32 days and just stopped working. Their products have no warranties which says a lot. Yes, I should have read the T's and C's before the time, but the exact same product is being sold by Temu for R214 compared to almost R2000 which my mother paid out of the goodness of her heart to help me with my constant knee pain. It seems like a **** and a money making scheme and no response was received to date after I informed them that the product no longer works. Very sad if you want people to buy from you again. I don't recommend them and people should be very careful before they order from them. No contact details nor an address is provided which is also telling of a snag somewhere.

Archify take weeks to deliver with zero communication.
I ordered a neck heat pad massage machine FOR PAIN RELIEF 05 May ... After numerous follow ups it finally arrived delivered by some young people shouting from my gate - no messages no notice- NO communication. The remote did not work. I wrote on 25 May. They told me to use it without the remote. After asking about the heat which is only activated by the remote, they said they would send me a new complete unit . I have stayed in touch frequently asking for the delivery date . as of 19 June i am told the will get around to it next week. IF YOU ARE IN PAIN - don't get one of these units unless you happy to wait weeks . ( My neighbour had a similar experience)
