Absolutely unacceptable service drawing up home improvement plans

I contracted Archibeam Design Lab to prepare plans, submit to the municipality and get approval. The plans where done but I still have not received the approval from Archibeam after me paying in full for the service some 2 years ago. I have sent numerous emails, made phone calls and pleaded with Taurai Chinoruma to provide me with am explanation and I just get the run around.

I eventually gave up and resorted to rather helping other from experiencing the same.
