Poor service

In 2020 I have aquired the sevices of Danie Botha an architect in order to draw the plans for my house We have agreed on a price which includes that the architec must ensure that the plans are submitted to theblocal municipality and see to it that it is approved The said plans should be then delivered to us Up to date (June 2023) nothing has happened When I eventually could connect with him he told me that he has submitted the plans and that is it In the mean time he has destroyd my file and that he has no more obligation to me I would not encouragebanybody to conduct business with Danie Botha of Arcdzine
