Terrible service

I had placed an online order and I was emailed to say there would be a delay and my order would be dispatched no later than the 13th of July and I would receive it in 4 working days. I am yet to receive my order and I have not received any feedback or responses to my queries on my delayed order. I am very disappointed with the service as I am not sure if I will even receive my order and I have already paid for it. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
