Poor customer service

Extremely disappointed at ARC online store and customer service. I've placed 2 orders, both of which were problamtic. They cancelled one of the products in one of the orders and they still haven't delivered the rest of the order, which is way past their promised delivery time. They falsely advertised stock availability on both occasions and was going to cancel the second order if it wasn’t for them managing to find the item at a branch. This further delayed delivery of the item. They showed no accountability for their mistakes. I expected better from their services. After having bought from them prior to this, I can safely say that their standard of service and care has severely dropped
