Pathetic Service from the ARC Store

I enquired about a perfume I wanted to purchase at the ARC Store. I received an email to inform me that I can visit the ARC Store in Sandton City. On arrival the store assistance informed me that they don't have the perfume and according to her it was discontinue. After informing her of my dissatisfaction and lack of proper communication from ARC, she politely referred me to Edgars. What a way to service your customer and to openly refer you to an opposition.

I then requested to speak to the store manager and after waiting for them to eventually give me feedback, I was informed that they can't assist.

This was my first time visiting the ARC Store and I will most definitely not be going back to them. ABSOLUTE PARTHERIC SERVICE ARC.
