Pathetic service from "arcitects" it takes 3 days to get a response or call back

I purchased a gift card online for a scheduled birthday delivery on that coming Saturday. Using the instant EFT option. The payment came off my account but I was requested to make another payment. I required help and trued calling their line, sending an email. Nobody answers phones. They only responded to me on Fridat. I explained everything again because clearly the lady never read anything I sent through. I also explained this is urgent and I need help to make sure that the person gets their gift card by their birthday. She reassured me she will call me back on the same day (friday) it's now Saturday, the persons birthday and their gift isn't delivered.
