Pathetic service

It took me a long time to save up so I could buy the long awaited Nars makeup that I always wanted. I went to the Arc Store in Eastgate and woman at the Nars stand assisted me and did a colour match which was all wrong way too dark. Bought a concealer pod and foundation all excited to try it on only to realise it was way too dark. I didn’t use the foundation so I called the store to exchange the foundation as it was too dark. The Lady said no problem you may return it. Got to the store and it was an actual nightmare reluctant to exchange it so She sat me down and sorry we don’t have a lighter shade without trying other shades or other Nars foundation. She eventually done another test with the same dark colour which also was oxidising.. so what she did was took a very very very light shade concealer put it all over my face and then added the foundation and said now that’s how you do it… colour matched however within an hour of leaving it oxidised again. This consultant at the time insisted that I needed to just take the lighter concealer pod and all my troubles will be sorted . Well way over R2000 spent that can not be used and lying in my cupboard all because the sales lady refuse to return the foundation and give me something I could use. After this experience and money down the drain I don’t think I will visit the Arc Store again.
