Horrible service

Ordered a product from the online store, I was then asked to create an online account with Arc which I could not do! It kept glitching and wouldn’t create an account. Paid for the product and was told it would be delivered in 3-5 business days, it’s been a week and I still cannot track it or log in/create an account. Tried calling numerous times, no answer. I then get an sms saying my address is incorrect and my product could not be delivered. I am still waiting for any type of response. Horrible service.
