false advertising and poor customer service

Arc was running a promotion to receive 20% off if you are an Ebucks customer. My discount was not app**** at checkout. Upon querying it they said it would be app**** when the gift card I purchased is redeemed. This was not done either. Then customer service desk then ignores further emails.
