DO NOT SHOP IN STORE OR ONLINE!!!!!! WARNING!!!!

The 1 star is honestly because I cannot give any less rating than that. I have NEVER had a good experience with this brand. I have had 4 visits to both V&A and Cavendish stores and honestly if there were awards for the worst brand and most rude employees, they would take the cup.

The employees at the Cavendish store act like they are doing everyone a favour by being there. I have received condescending service, and if I get a stare, it's good for them because at least they are somewhat interacting by just staring and not offering help. When you ask for help and asking the right questions, they act like you are the most dumbest thing that walked into the place. Let's not even ignore the part where they judge you the moment you walk in like we don't have money. Just because of what you wear.

I have sent in a complaint, I have called and all that has been met with ignorance and incompetence. I bought online last week in the hopes that I would not deal with the people. Now tell me why I have to call to deal with them. My order is supposed to take 2-5 working days. Why have I not received any communication except for the order confirmation? We are on day 3 by the way and I'm not counting the weekend.

I am in cape town, this order is coming from a hub IN CAPE TOWN!! You'd think they'd deliver within 2 days because IT IS LITERALLY JUST HERE!!!!

Done with this brand and whoever supports them AFTER reading these reviews is the same as them. They make so much money out of mediocrity.
