DO NOT Purchase from ARC Store online, they are *******!

I made a purchase online at ARC on 30th November and I still haven't received my order.

The Parcel was apparently couriered with DPD Laser on 04 December. However I haven't received my parcel and both parties say they don't have it.

What is more upsetting is that when you call the ARC online number no one answers, I've been calling everyday since the 5th December. When you call the physical stores they say you should call online and they have no connection with the online store.

Currently I have lost my money and have no product and both ARC and DPD Laser are not assisting me or taking accountability.

Do not purchase anything from ARC Store online. They will take your money and not deliver your product!!
