Delayed delivery Pathetic customer service

I have placed an order on the 5th of July. Everyday I get the runaround from these so called beauty architects who ignore all the calls. Its now the 21st of July. I have been promised delivery everyday since then. It says 2 days to deliver yet I am waiting almost 3 weeks. This is the last time I order from them. There's no replies to emails, no one answers the calls. They are very quick to advertise and take payments but fail to deliver.
