Bad customer service from ARC Store

A few weeks ago I ordered an Eau De Parfum (EDP) from Ellie Saab for my wife. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong kind…. They look so similar… I then contacted ARC Stores to either have this EDP exchanged for the right one - or to return it / have it refunded. The EDP was still in its original packaging, ie unopened. The collection of the original shipment was reasonably smooth and uneventful within ten days of receiving it. After a further two weeks and numerous emails they finally sent me a replacement EDP - however now a third kind - and obviously not the kind my wife likes… Another email was sent last week - and again I am waiting for any kind of response!
