Avoid Arc Beauty

Possibly THE worst on line shopping experience. I ordered product as a gift on 29/06 and received NO communication confirming the order or tracking my order. After 2 weeks I tried to contact them but to no avail. I tried every week until 26/07 I received an email reply apologising for the delay, blaming being inundated with emails and telling me my product arrived for dispatch but was wrong so returned to the store. I was offered a free "treat" as a thank you for my patience. I rep**** to say I was not interested in freebies but wanted to know if the order was being honoured or else I wanted a refund. NOTHING... Today is 01/08 and no reply. I am appalled and at a loss as to where to go. I went into the Cavendish store to try and get somewhere but was told they are not affiliated to on line and couldn't help me. Their phone line has a highly annoying automated response and I waited for 27 minutes until I gave up. I have tried on numerous occasions to call and have never been successful. Never, ever will I buy anything from Arc on line and I highly warn anyone else from doing so.
