Authentic or not?

I recently purchased the Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette from your online store. After using it for the first time, I experienced a severe reaction around my eyes. The skin became very dry, started peeling, and felt extremely irritated. I gave my skin some time to heal, but after using the palette again a week later, the same reaction occurred in the same area.

This has left the skin around my eyes rough, dry, and uncomfortable. I am reaching out to report this incident and to ask for your assistance in verifying the product's safety and quality. I would also like to know whether a refund, exchange, or store credit could be offered under these circumstances.
