Customer support in non-existent: - Online helpline is not answered for hours on end - using the e-mail to make contact with them is immediately acknowledged (auto reply function, not because someone is doing something actually), but effectively goes unanswered for days if not weeks!!! - website fails to progress through order processing - password reset function is faulty and defaults to a *** (as username) address to reset your password and not against your own username
