ARC Stores Email Spam

I shopped at ARC on one occasion. When making my purchase I was signed up to their mailing list (I think there was some BS reason that they had to create a profile for me and needed all my details including my email address). Since then I have been spammed with emails. Literally an email a day.

I tried unsubscribing from the emails by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in their emails but that link directs you to their website where there is no option to unsubscribe. I then resorted to emailing their general enquiries email address and got a response saying they would remove me from the mailing list. A couple of weeks later I started receiving the daily emails again. This has happened three times over (I request to be removed, receive confirmation that I have been removed, and then get spammed again weeks later). I don't know what more to do but just a warning... don't give ARC your details as you will never be able to get rid of them. I have now vowed to never step foot in one of their stores, or support them in any way.
