ARC Store Unacceptable Customer Service Delivery

I purchased a New Brand NARS at Arc store Mall Of Africa. The color was incorrect as I normally purchased online. I paid with Mt Debit card so that is normally treated as cash. It cost me R1700 . When I went to return it so I could.go bcknwhneni had time to color match, I was treated as though I did something wrong, when I was just returning an item. The management of the store spoke ro my with so much disrespect. And had no clue what they where doing or how to proceed. Only to find out that I need to wait for my refund to reflect in my account, with no stipulated timelines at all. It's been 7 days.....no return emails from their Custoemr service or which I sent tow emails. Nor my refund as yet.....come on now absolutely no comparison to Sephora what so ever. Level of service pathetic, and you ***** the customer money......
