Arc store delivery of orders

I Have successfully done 3 online orders with Arc store and all deliveries was efficient. However my most recent order has been an utter disaster . I have been waiting 6 days for my delivery after being promised on various occasions that it will Be delivered. Upon inquiring with the courier company I was told my area code to address needed to be updated which I did so by calling the DPD LASER courier company and waiting online for 19 minutes for the first call and the ln 15 minutes for the second follow up Call I want to know why I have to follow up on ARC service provider. ARC should take responsibility in getting my parcel delivered. I have paid for the product and have still Not received it. Very frustrating and disappointing ARC
