Very bad and not happy about the service

A month ago I went to ARC V&A WATERFRONT. And I was help with respect and had the most amazing service at the make up counter. So the guy sold me some skincare and I was so happy and so excited about the service I got from the gentleman and the makeup counter. Taught me step by step how do apply the products and educating me. So then a few weeks ago ,I told my friend to please go and see this wonderful gentlemen that’s help me so nice cause the service was phenomenal and I gain a lot from the time he show me and learned a lot that day. And I was helped with and lady she looks as she is from Durban so the way she handle and treated me at the makeup up counter was very unprofessional the lady smelled the whole time like alcohol and it looks as she is shouting in my ear. I was so embarrassed and felt I was humiliated . It was about 15:00 during the day and she smells like alcohol. As she is done with my make up I am not sure if I will ever go to that store again. The first experience I had there was phenomenal to be honest with you guys I left with R25987.00 worth of skincare from the gentlemen . And I was looking for the gentlemen that help me the first day. But he was day off . So would really appreciate it if you guys can be so kind of you guys can please help me. This is the closest store from where I stay in Camp Bay. Will it be possible if you maybe can assist me, so I can get hold of the guy that give me the amazing service at ARC V&A waterfront Please. I tried calling the store but I hardly get thro to the store cause the phone is always busy. So I got hold of one of my friends and got hold of the Ceo from ARC STORE email address. I feel really bad the way that girl was drunk at work. And how can you guys let she work with customer and doing makeup on customer . That’s not how u treat a customer. I feel so bad about this but I had to tell to you guys . How can you let people like this bring the company name in dispute. How can the manager at the store allow that the staff be drunk during working hours. Guys please don’t set your foot at ARC V&A WATERFRONT. And I waited so long for the lady to do my makeup cause she was still putting on her makeup on the sales floor. So we walked around and ask someone at fine fragrance to help us and then they took us to the girl and then she assisted us but that was bad service. The first experience was so remembering day.
