ARC SUCKS

Absolutely pathetic customer service all round....I've been to two stores...received terrible customer service ...so I resorted to buying online ....received an order with a defective item ...I emailed them they said they will get back to me they waiting for their ops manager to respond....the ops manager himself has no customer service himself cause I called in 4 times and no update ....the lady told me she will definitely email by 5 because they don't work on weekends...that email never came ....I sent a dm on their Instagram they did not respond....they are running a citcus with no business ethics or customer care ....they do not give a damn about you even through you pay them and they are absolutely not ashamed to show it even though the amount that you pay for 1 item in this store is ridiculously high....you should get getting high end customer service for the price u pay....IL be letting this high end brands know what this store is doing and how they are carrying out their brand ....they have been on my nerves for quite a while now ...I wish I didn't have to give any stars because even one is too good....I do not recommend this store ....if you require fenty please support edgars because they will treat you right and like a priority and not send u pillar to post and use your own airtime to call them 100 damn times...alot of people feel this way go take a look at tiktok and their Instagram page there is quite a bit of bad remarks...I'm sad I purchased 4 times this month alone from this ******* company.
