False advertising / *****ing money

<p>RUAN CLOETE from Pta-North advertise on FB under ARC building...he has NO EXPERIENCE, NO QUALIFICATIONS and are NOT REGISTERED at NHBRC. He "build" our bathtub but made such a big mess that we had to stop him halfway and had to pay a new builder to fix the mess!! We paid RUAN CLOETE the full amount in cash trusting him and gave him a chance to prove himself, BIG MISTAKE!!!! Still trusting him to pay back some of the money, he signed a letter admitting he made a mess and will pay us back some of the money, Needless to say like a ***** he disappeared with empty promises. This us to warn anyone from using his service. RUAN CLOETE is a ****, cheat and a *****!! </p>
