Poor service

I will recommend you stay away from this company. The technical staff are professional and competent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner. Mr Barnard is unprofessional, ********* bordering on ********. After he recommended an insufficient unit for my purpose, he insisted insufficient water pressure as the reason for sub-optimal performance. The manufacturer of the appliance has since confirmed the unit is insufficient and water pressure is not an inhibitor. After offering to remove the system, he refuses to refund me. He, in writing confirmed he will refund me if I return the instillation. After doing this, at my cost, seven months later he still has not refunded me the remaining R 5000 albeit numerous promises
