Stay away from ARB PTA WEST
Worse service. ARB PTA West, no accountability, no will to find a resolution with a customer. I am A supplier,A Vian, quoted me, I took his quote and quoted my client. Only to find that he quoted incorrectly. The quote jumped by R33k, almost my entire profit. You have a manager Gerald Tarr who will defend the undefendable, zero interest to find a resolution. His excuse is that the consultant who assisted me, Vian Badenhorst, is a trainee. This is after I made a purchase of R97k, the manager couldn't even a resolution for me as a customer.
