Sells you the wrong items then won't take it back
Went to the shop in Garsfontein area and asked for earth wire. The salesman sold me 3 core wire which I only saw once it was cut and handed to me. Went back to into the shop to correct the error and was told "Oh sorry about that, we can't take it back". This is after I explicitly said Earth wire, I even mentioned that it was for an inverter.
