Really bad after sales service

Purchased a Day Night Switch LR100 from them. Had a qualified electrician install it. That same evening after dark the switch exploded. Electrician came and investigated. Went to ARB. They refused to accept that it may be the switch. Blamed the electrician of incorrect installation. Electrician purchased a new LR100 and installed it. 2 days later it also exploded. Will not support them again with that attitude.
