After struggling at a major hardware retailer to get hold of some electrical equipment, I tried these folks. The email correspondence was efficient and the invoicing was clear. There must have been a slight snag at one point, but a representative quickly phoned me before it became an issue. That said, I received my online order in 3 days, with everything I ordered in the box! So yeah, I'm impressed!
