Extremely slow aftet sales service
Solar system Inverter sent in for repairs more than a month ago; one form after the next to comply with their policies. Makes no sense. Lady helping is very kind, but kindness does not fix the problem

09 Dec 2024, 14:23This is an hour an a bit after my previous post; I don't like complaining, but felt so frustrated. The company came back to me addressing the problem of their suppliers very intensely and I expect that it should be sorted out quickly.

15 Dec 2024, 16:51Feedback; ARB Electrical only tried to pacify me with their above response. The same kind lady is now the absent lady. They fiercely promised to act immediately to a very old problem which they created but blamed their suppliers. I will keep on reporting back, but it seems they have zero intention to resolve the problem before 2025
