Buying and collection of material

when we order material for our electrical project ,we are told the material is on stock but after we have payed and we come for collection we find out that it not available.

It takes more then 4 hours just waiting for Material we have bought to be collected. I really do not what makes it take this long to be given what we ordered. Midrand ARB is the only one that has this bad tendency. on other provinces serves is much quick . hope they can improve their service *** most of us coming there are not happy .
