Bad service

When i phoned them this morning i spoke to Craig and he said u dont need a appointment to see the docter. When i came off work now i phoned and they said the docter is not in because there were no appointments for the day. I asked the lady why they didnt tell me and she got rude and said u need an oppointment and put the phone down in my ear. Very bad service and bad manners to talk to n patient on the phone.
