Poor Shuttle Service to Wedding Venue in Pretoria

<p>We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Aranza Coaches Shuttle Services, that we orgainised for the transport of guests to a wedding venue (Imperfect Perfection) in Pretoria. Not only was the driver (Lindo) late but he blatantly **** time and time again as to his whereabouts on the day - this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Had he been honest about the situation it could have been fixed timeously. The manager (Jackie) was contacted to step in to assist and also **** as to where the driver was and what the actual sitution was.</p> <p>Not only was the above shocking but all of the guests complained about the shocking driving of both drivers and the fact that neither of them knew where the venue was is unacceptable- to not have a GPS and have to ask the guests how to get to the various places is exceptionally poor. I would expect a shuttle driver and firm to take the time and care to research directions.</p> <p>It is my hope that no other bride has to go through the above stress on their day and that necessary disciplinary action is taken. I would strongly advise against anyone using this service provider in the future! </p>
